small tv boxes not working today
It looks like a software update wiped out my small cable boxes. My main box works but the small ones are giving a message that they may not be connected (physically) .. That is not the case was there a bad update sent out ?

Have to restart gateway modem everyday. White light remains on, when it goes out. I swapped the modem yesterday for a new one. It happened again today. The code on the tv box in another room is the RDK-10000. When I try to restart it it goes back to the same code.

Xi6-A Won't connect to wifi
Just got a Xi6-A wireless TV box. Get to the connect to wifi screen and input my wifi information and password. It starts to connect and then say something went wrong with the RDK-03105 error. I have restarted the box several times and I am still having the issue.
