Xfinity Won’t Play

The error says the TV box isn’t powered on. But it is. I’ve also restarted a couple times. All cables are attached correctly. The error code is RDK-03003. What’s wrong?

I have repeatedly checked and confirmed that all the cables are connected firmly and correctly. I have unplugged the TV box and waited a minute and plugged it back in. Still get the same error code. In addition to the code, the full version is “ sorry there seems to be some trouble connecting. Please tighten your cable connections and restart the TV box. This can often fix common issues.”  Then the error code RDK-03003. With a blue Restart button. When I push the Restart button, it says “Welcome. Connecting to your entertainment experience…”. It spins there a couple minutes, then comes back to the same error screen.
