RDK-10000

Rdk-10000 error message.  How do I fix this?  I’ve tried to reboot, unplug the box and modem and still getting the same error. Telling me to tighten my cable connections as when I started

I appreciate you providing details on the troubleshooting steps you've attempted so far with power-cycling both the box and modem. Could you provide some details on how exactly the error is appearing? Is it happening on all boxes, or just one? When exactly does it appear during the box's start-up process? How long ago did this start, and have you checked both the coax connections and video input (HDMI, etc) connections at both ends?
