Hi @Nixon27

Sorry for the experience you're having with the RDK-03036 error code. I'd like to help take a deeper look at this. Can you send me a private message with your first and last name and your full-service address? To send a private message, click on "ComcastChe" and then click send a message.

Can you give a description of your home wiring (splitters, amp etc). Is this a new install?

The boxes use moca from the main box to communicate. It’s going to boil down to 3 things because it’s affecting all of the satellite boxes. Assuming all connections are the same and boxes haven’t been moved around, Things to try
1. The gateway is interfering with moca. Unplug the modem completely and restart the boxes. Moca light on the gateway should be off
2. The amp is defective. Try bypassing the amp with a splitter temporarily. The X1 boxes can be off any port of the amp just not the voip port.
3. The main box is defective and isn’t broadcasting moca anymore. Swap box
4. The cable outlet to the main box isn’t letting moca pass. Unhook all coax cables from back of the box to wall plate to the amp and put them back and restart. You can also move the main box temporarily to where a different box is to see if it’s a cable issue

Have you restarted the main box? Do you have a Comcast gateway?

The unplugging the wall Jack was just to make sure a secure connection is made. Slowly you’re eliminating different possibilities. I’ve also escalated it up to an employee to make sure all rate codes are correct

I did the gateway restart ur referring to yesterday an nothing ..also with the testing the difference ports does it make a difference that I have 3 other boxes saying the sorry were having some trouble rdk 03036..an also I have access since I have a basement to unplug the main coming in so can I just unplug that rather then unplugging each wall jack

No worries, if you happen to have a Roku or mobile device in the meantime, there’s always the stream app

Are you thinking it’s the main box? Cause I don’t see why I would go from nothing at all to a picture this morning

It’s not an outside issue, so a crew isn’t going to help you much
