moved cable connection from living room to bedroom and have no connection

its hardwired and connected to the wall in my room but i get the error RDK-03036. PLEASE HELP.

Are you sure the cable outlet (coaxial?) in the bedroom is active?  You might need to see where the internal house cable connections are fed from and see if there are splitters there or not.  At the point the service cable enters the house (basement?), it might be connected to cable(s) that feed your room outlets.

I believe that means the hub can't be seen (via MoCA)
