@user_p7cdui Thank you so much for letting us know you are running into this RDK03023 error code. This code or codes close to this are typically due to your box not communicating to our network correctly. This can be due to Network maintenance or just due to your boxes' connection. If you are still running into this error I would recommend starting by unplugging the box you are having issues with from the power for at least 30 seconds. I would also check to make sure the boxes' connection to the wall outlet is still finger tight. If this is one of our wireless boxes have you recently moved your modem by chance?
