Why does the outage map only show my house

When I access Xfinity Stream, I get "Outage Map" in the tab, but it keeps reloading over and over again. No map. What's going on, Comcast?

The outage map now requires you to enter your complete address and will only show outages for Xfinity customers addresses. When you type the address in, it pops up with a choice for the complete address, you select it and it then says:    Address not found, please enter an Xfinity service

I am outraged by constant outages that say network damage. No explanation, no answer at CS. Working from home requires a reliable internet service. I can’t believe how bad customer service is at providing information. I am switching now.
