xfinity outage map

This outage map wont pull up.  just a blank screen asking about cookie settings.  It's the same on work PC, home computer and iphone ( all different networks).  No TV or internet in Albuquerque.

yes, i have no TV or internet at my house.  I have tried all the options above with no luck.  A service ticket was opened yesterday to have a tech out tomorrow.  

But i wanted to check and see how large the outage was since i know my neighbor is having issues too.

Thanks for clarifying,  I'll be happy to look at the details of the service interruption,   go ahead and send me a direct message. To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary.

Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I live off of Springhill Rd and I have no Internet services and neither do my neighbors. What is the estimated restoration time?
