Outage Map Not Working

My Internet has been out for three weeks as of tomorrow due to Hurricane Helene. However, the outage map insists that nothing is wrong despite three resets of the modem and updating the Xfinity app. My services are offline and that has not changed. It’s very unnerving to see the outage map insist that everything is fixed when it clearly isn’t.
