Constant Outages, Incorrect outage map and no support
Why is my Xfinity internet constantly dropping lately? The Xfinity assistant is worthless and since it is near impossible to get an agent on the phone, I'm hoping someone can explain to me why a $210.00 monthly Xfinity bill doesn't equipped me with reliable internet. The default answer from the "assistant" is to schedule a technician even though there is an obvious outage. Is this an attempt at lowering outage reports so the stats remain false?
I have an Xfinity technician scheduled to diagnose the issue and I will be interested to see how this plays out and how much this diagnostics visit will cost. After 30-years, I would think at least one courtesy visit could be provided to a loyal customer...............But nope. $$$$$$$

I feel it, customer support agents are just trying to sell me something over and over again.

Xfinity lies about outages so they don’t have to refund you for it. I’m so sick of their lies. Changing providers as soon as my contract is up!
