Outage Map

Has anyone dealt with any outage being shown on xfinity outage map but xfinity continues to says there’s no outage in your area?

Hey there, user_c9d4ys! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the details regarding services, and what we are seeing on our end. That is certainly strange, and not something that would typically be the case. Once an interruption has been cleared, the map would be updated. Are you still seeing your service fully down? What color are the lights on the modem?

I’m experiencing an outage too, and has been for hours; I’ located in the Halftrack Street area; not sure how far it is from the other customer, so yes, Xfinity’s customers in spotted areas are suffering outages today.

What’s going on with it?

user_9vmf1l I would be happy to look into what is causing the issue in your area if the map isn't listing your address as part of any known interruptions at this time.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
