Can’t find my address for outage map
You can’t find my address outage for the map but your bills can find my mailbox easily not to mention my son downloaded the app and we where given 4 different times for restoration of service this is absolutely ridiculous all this money and he can’t even reach a rep to ask simple questions so thank you for the great customer service not you don’t give a [Edited: "language"] about your customers at all

First, I want to make sure you're looking in the right place for service interruptions. Are you still unable to pull anything up for your address in our Status Center?
