2 lines unlimited for 30 each = $80?
I upgraded to the 4th generation plan that is 2 lines unlimited for 30 each. When I go to my current cycle it says Unlimited (2 lines) $80.00. I was told that it would be $60. Now I have been on the phone for 2 hours and no one knows what to do. Anyone here that could help?

**Resolved** Loose cable wires hanging in alley. Request for line maintenance!
Edit: Resolved! After direct messaging Xfinity Support, line workers were scheduled to come within a couple of days and they did an incredible job cleaning up the loose wires. Really went above and beyond! It had even snowed early that morning and they still came out as scheduled and did a great job
