How do I reactivate my Xfinity Flex box(s) after updating my Xfinity modem?

I am trying to locate my past comments on a post about Xumo not working. I realize IT is still looking for a resolution but would like to find the conversation as well.

There does not appear to be any solution to turning off the preview screen in xfinity email. It now takes over half of my e-mail listing page. there is nothing under the settings that addresses this?

Edit: Resolved! After direct messaging Xfinity Support, line workers were scheduled to come within a couple of days and they did an incredible job cleaning up the loose wires. Really went above and beyond! It had even snowed early that morning and they still came out as scheduled and did a great job
