can't remove a series recording because no show information available
Previously set a series recording for a show. Now, the show has been removed from Comcast ("Information for this program isn't available right now"). Therefore can't modify (cancel) recordings. Anyone know a workaround to remove this series from the Series Priority recording list?

After updating passwords, I can no longer send eMails via Outlook
This morning I logged into xfinity.com and was asked to update my password. I have 4 eMail accounts across 2 different desktops for different family members. I changed the password on two of my accounts. I then went into Outlook and updated the password for those 2 accounts. Right after doing that,

how to turnoff notification
I get a notification that a team I like is playing in a short while. I don't want this message as it sometimes causes the dvr to churn as it tries to reach the game on a channel we don't subscribe to. How do I turn this off?

I have been reading lots of posts/complaints about error XRE-03137 with trouble connecting. It has been happening several times a night to me trying to watch a game. 5 to 6 times screen going black missing 10 to 15 minutes of the game easily. 2 lines unlimited for 30 each = $80?
I upgraded to the 4th generation plan that is 2 lines unlimited for 30 each. When I go to my current cycle it says Unlimited (2 lines) $80.00. I was told that it would be $60. Now I have been on the phone for 2 hours and no one knows what to do. Anyone here that could help?

Internet upload speed
I changed to the gigx2 plan which should provide up to 200 MBps. My old plan was the Gig Extra and limited to 35 MBps. Using xfinity's speed test I still show 35 MBps. I've rebooted my modem a handful of times and called support twice with no avil. Any advise on how to resolve this issue?

Can't send email from outlook
Starting a couple days ago, Outlook stopped sending emails for my comcast.net account. I can still receive emails. I can also ping the port at smtp.comcast.net:465. It seems my attempt to connect to the port is being rejected by the server. Password is correct (am receiving emails).
