How to create a separate wifi log-in for guests.

We have guests who rent our studio space and pool, and want to provide them with a separate guest log-in, with a password that I could change occasionally.  How do we create and manage a separate wifi log-in?

If you are using a Comcast rented device, they do not support that feature. It is intended by them that the additional WiFi hotspot broadcast (xfinitywifi) is used as a guest network.

I understand that the Xfinity public hotspot is open to Xfinity account holders only.  Can other people who do not have Xfinity use it, too?
