Store PIckup said it would be ready in an hour, that was 8 hours ago.

I just ordered new service for my apartment and I went through checkout and choose to get my modem in store because I figured it would be fastest. It did say it would be ready in an hour or so. It's been 8 hours and the store is closed now. My order seems to be stuck on "Order Confirmed" and won't go past that. I'm not in a huge hurry, but I just need to know if I did something wrong or if there is a problem with my order. Thanks in advance for any help on the matter.

@gedavian Hello and thank you for bringing your concern regarding your recent order to begin Xfinity service to our attention here at our Community Forums. Welcome to the family!

If you chose the option to pick up your equipment at your local Xfinity service center, you do not need to wait for any kind of secondary message after the initial order confirmation and may visit the store at any time during its hours of operation to pick up your equipment for self-installation. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance after picking up your order.
