Hi @user_f82555 , We can most certainly look into the issues are you experiencing with accessing the TV Land channel. Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps such as restarting the set-top box to see if that helps gain access to the channel?
I am no longer receiving TV Land
As of this morning, I was having several issues including guide error messages and TV Land no longer available. Guide message was basically saying not available. No other error code. I did a system reset. Thoughts?
