I am no longer receiving TV Land

As of this morning, I was having several issues including guide error messages and TV Land no longer available. Guide message was basically saying not available. No other error code. I did a system reset. Thoughts?

Hi, @Rob314. I know how important it is to have access to all the channels. I see that you mentioned doing a system reset. Can you please use your voice remote and say "restart cable box" and see if that helps?

We are having the same problem as of 11/25/22, channel 57.  It says, "You do not have access to this channel."  No other message.  Any resolution found?

We can most certainly look into the issues are you experiencing with accessing the TV Land channel. Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps such as restarting the set-top box to see if that helps gain access to the channel? Are you also receiving an error code such as XRE-XXXXX or RDK-XXXXX? We hope to hear from you soon.
