 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message

I'm trying to sign in my free box. RDK-0311 is at the bottom.  Don't know of a password either.

Hi, @user_320813 Thanks for taking the time out of your day to contact XFINITY for help with signing into your free box. Thanks for also providing that error code. We can certainly help with this as the best team to serve you in virtual land! We know it's easy to forget what password goes with what account. If you forget your Xfinity password, you can reset it by visiting xfinity.com/password. Please let me know if you are able to sign in once you retrieve that password.
