Hey there! That RDK-03033 error usually means your TV box isn’t connecting properly to the network. Since your internet is working, here are a few quick steps to try:

  1. Check All Connections – Make sure your coaxial cable is securely connected to both the wall and the TV box.
  2. Power Cycle Your TV Box – Unplug it for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and let it reboot.
  3. Restart via the Xfinity App – If possible, use the Xfinity My Account app to send a system refresh.
  4. Check for Service Interruptions HERE– There may be a signal issue in your area.
