Xfinity Email Webpage Stuck "Loading"
The webpage at https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/ will not load. It continuously reloads itself to no apparent end. Only getting 1 TV channel

As an existing customer looking to switch plans, I'm confused by the upload speed for the "Connect" Internet plan. The plan builder page (screenshot 1) says "Typical upload speed 114.98 Mbps" but the order confirmation page (screenshot 2) says "Upload speeds up to 20 Mbps." Which figure is correct?
