Nobsound/Douk Audio The code for this brand is not listed by Xfinity. Does anyone know if the code is shared with another manufacturer that I could try?

Yes. They said to just use their remote device. So, no help there. A Google search finds no code. There might be one for another product that will work, but nobody has posted it anywhere that I can find. I think I am out of luck. NOT Comcast's fault. I should have looked at the device list before purchasing.
