Vehicle accident with Comcast vehicle

How do I get insurance information for an accident involving a Comcast vehicle? It may have been a Comcast contractor.

We are sorry to hear that there may have been an accident with a Comcast vehicle. We sincerely hope you are safe. As for insurance information, that can be a bit tricky to get especially if they are a contractor. Our Comcast contractors are independent of Comcast which means they purchase their own independent insurance. One of our suggestion would be to contact the local police to report this incident. If you were able to get a license plate number the local police may be able to help you track down the owner of the vehicle so you can contact them directly for their insurance information. We may also be able to assist with getting this reported if you have the vehicle number and/or license plate number. It will also help if you are able to share the employee's name as sometimes vehicles are shared among employees. These details will help us identify who was involved and see if we can get in contact with them to not only share this with their leadership but get you the insurance information you are looking for.
