Seasonal hold

I am a seasonal at treasure beach. I’m looking to stay with comcast in the spring. What are my options for off season?

Hello, @user_7rt7v8 how are you? You can use the link provided in the thread to get more information about the seasonal hold option. If your location is eligible you can select "Enrollment and Manage Seasonal" to sign in and request a seasonal hold. If you have any specific  questions about the process please let us know.

Please see https://www.comcastseasonal.com/. Be aware that the item on those pages named "Xfinity Internet $8.00" appears to really mean "access to your Xfinity email". If you want devices in your "held" address to have Internet access, you'd need to select the "Xfinity Internet (Seasonal Access)**  $29.95" item.

Why is Xfinity saying that my account is not eligible for the Season Internet Conveince Plan?

That is a great question @user_771c8e Are you currently enrolled in the ACP benefit? Accounts enrolled in the Affordable Connectivity Program are not eligible to enroll in the Seasonal Convenience Plan. Other restrictions include customers who only have Xfinity Internet can enroll in the Seasonal Convenience Plan, but they don’t qualify for the Seasonal Internet Access Plan.

Is the a telephone contact number for seasonal hold,  I am on seasonal hold until the 17April 2024 but I received a bill last week for $471

I had a seasonal hold until the 3rd January and renewed it until 8 th February before Christmas and then renewed it again last week until the 17th April the billing dept would appear not to have been informed I had renewed the seasonal hold .

I need to speak to somebody to sort this out, I am going around in circles.

Any Help would be much appreciated
