Important: Cannot Access Email Inbox

My email does not allow me to access my inbox. I keep logging into my xfinity account and get guided back to either the Discovery Hub or the "Using and managing Xfinity Email accounts" page. There is no way to access my email that I need for finances and other important information. Any help to actually get to my inbox would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @user_87f9ew, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.

@XfinityChelseaB How do I fix this? I am also having this problem and Xfinity Assistant is worse than useless, I am about to throw my computer in a well, why is it this hard to access my email inbox?

I've been on Xfinity chat for more than 1 1/2 hours. They said finally said my mailbox is too full (not the case). I deleted 800 emails (please don't judge). using my Ipad. I can access them on my Ipad using the email icon not going through the Xfinity site. I did notice that when I try to access, before it takes me to the Discovery Hub site it adds #xfFailureCount=1

Hey there, @user_vjijng. We had a known issue with the Comcast email portal looping customers back to the Discovery Hub a few days ago. The issue has since been resolved and you should be able to log in once again without the loop. If you're still experiencing the issue, clear your browser's cache and cookies and attempt again.

jerseyjon it sounds like you're using Apple mail as a mail client. Are you leaving copies on the server or in your Comcast.net inbox?
