Chromecast Device missing post upgrade

Since the last upgrade to Xfinity Stream I can only see 1 of my 2 Chromecast devices on Xfinity Stream. I can see the Gen 3 Chromecast, but not the Chromecast with Google Voice. - I have uninstalled and reinstalled Stream. - I have removed and re-added the Chromecast to Google Home.

We have been unable to stream on desktop devices. When we log in, the above error code appears, over and over, sign in and sign out.  I spent hours troubleshooting.  I was told that it was a problem on Xfinity's side.  I believe (according to this forum) that xfinity is the resource
