Add contact to Existing Group

I’d like to add a contact from my xfinity address book to an existing xfinity Group, but the Edit function is not working.
Edit is greyed out on the screen and when I hover over it, a circle with slash is displayed. 

Is there any other way to get this done? 

Is this happenning because I cancelled my xfinity service?
