Xfinity Starter Package Stolen off Porch

I was supposed to get delivered an Xfinity Starter Kit that included the Xfinity Flex router/modem. It was stolen off of my porch and now I am unable to use the internet since I have no router/modem of my own. Can I be resent another starter kit and am I offered theft reimbursement?

Does Comcast have a channel which can display multiple channels at one time (like a quad chart - one selected for audio)? Unable to log into Xfinity app.. getting "Sorry, We're Having Some Trouble" error

FETV works on primary box but not on additional X1 boxes
