Cable Box won't power on
My cable box is off and will not power back on. I have unplugged everything, replugged everything and even tried the troubleshoot and nothing is working. The cable box is not powering on but everything else inclusive of the internet is working. I have read several forms concerning this issue and nothing is working. Please help?

@user_242d3a Thank you for your reply, and oh no! It sounds like we may need to go over your options for getting that box replaced. To get started, please send us a private message following the steps below:
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.

@user_242d3a Hello and thank you for reaching out here over our Xfinity community Forums. I am so sorry to hear that your cable box will not turn on at all, that would definitely be frustrating! You have reached the right place, and I would be more than happy to help! To get started, are there any lights on the box itself when it is plugged in, or is the box totally unlit and "dead" so to speak? -XfinityChristopher

It is totally dead. No lights. I have unplugged and replugged it several times and still no lights.
