Issues with customer service
Contacted Xfinity for a credit due to daily outages I was told I was going to get once it was resolved. Tried to call, that was a joke, couldn't get a live person. Tried the chat. Was promised not only a credit but to lower my bill. What ended up happening was he deleted the wrong box. Chatted back and it went from bad to worse. 2 different agents shut my service off completely, kept me on the chat for over 3 hours, changed the price 7 times and took away HBO. Wouldn't get a supervisor and when I mentioned I was going to file a complaint with the FCC, they disconnected. My bill is now messed up and I still don't have all of my channels. I have all of the transcripts, even the ones they tried to delete. I am filing that complaint but in the meantime, how do I get this straightened out

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
