I signed up for the Ultra-Fast Internet plan ($50/month) under the special student offer as advertised. One of the promotional benefits included a $300 gift card upon signing up.

My service was installed on Sep. 31, 2024, and it has now been almost one year, yet I have not received the gift card. I would appreciate an update on the status of my reward and any steps I need to take to claim it.

During the 90 days after you signed up and your service installed did you make any changes to that plan?

I already contacted with customer serves. He told me they will re-send the prepaid card link within 48h. Thanks!
