First billing

we just subscribed to your blast internet 2days ago and got your modem too for our new place (we’re yet to move there) without even using the internet, we are being sent an automatic bill for [*edited due to sensitive information*] which is due on May 6. How does your billing cycle works cuz how do we pay for a whole month bill when we are yet to use the internet

Hello, @user_b88a56. Thank you for signing up for our services! We do bill in advance, typically 2-3 weeks. What date was selected for your start date? Based on the bill already generating for the date you've mentioned, it is likely the account has already been activated even without the equipment being set up. I'd like to further review your account and ensure you're not billed for the days you haven't been moved in. Please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name. @XfinityStephanieK​ hi, thanks for your response, However, I’m unable to initiate the conversation due to the inactive mess of the chat room icon. The page opens but I can’t type anywhere. Is there any other option or if you can possibly initiate the conversation with a hi for me to be able to reply?
