No "FAVORITE STAR" on Xfinity guide on Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K so I can setup favorite channels

Do they match your channel line-up? In other words, if the recordings is on channel 805 is your 805 is the same network as what the cloud states? Also, in my case a system refresh would cause them to show in the box.
