my mom hates the X1

My mom moved into her own place, and Xfinity installed the X1 box --- I think that is what she got; the Xfinity technician didn't leave a box.

She hates it. It is so slow even from just going from channel 802 to channel 803.

It is a piece of junk as far as I can tell.

I have a small DTA from 10 years ago, and it is way faster.

X1 may be a little slower but I think it is awesome. You have to know how to use it

How much is there to know with pushing the UP channel / Down channel?

It takes 4 seconds for the video from the next channel to show up.

It is a pathetic machine.
