how can I report a downed wire
I tried reporting a downed wire through the Xfinity assistant yesterday, it said a case was opened, and today I received another message about the case being closed, despite the fact that the wires are still laying near the road. How do I contact someone about this and actually get it fixed?

Xfinity stream not working on Chromebooks?
In the past week, the streaming website will not work on my Chromebook. It still works on my Windows computer using Chrome, just not my Chromebook (Google Pixelbook). It's stuck trying to load the channel directory (three pulsing dots). Any help or ideas?

I upgraded my plan to 1.2Gbps internet speed but I am only getting 930 Mbps. Is this normal???
Recently, I upgraded my plan to Gigabit speed and rented a modem from Xfinity (XB7 3rd generation) but I am not getting enough speed for my plan. You can get 900Mbps speed paying $10 cheaper than my plan so I don't know why I have to pay extra... Someone help me please!

Erroneous bill sent to collections
My wife was sent a collections bill for $140 despite us resolving any open balance. On top of that, the company still owes us $240 at least for a phone account we were fraudulently charged for for six months. If we cannot resolve this, we are reporting to the FCC or FTC.
