Adding TV after seasonal internet
I currently have my internet on seasonal hold. That ends next week and I want to add TV. Everytime I attempt to add TV it gives me 4 addresses to select from. Bottomline it that I cannot add TV online. Cannot find a contact number to get assistance, so thought I would try here for suggestions.

A GOOD XG1v4-A Living Room TV box was removed by an agent from my account by mistake, now it cannot be reactivated error XRE-00250?

Slow speed, can't talk to an actual person
Hi. My speed test comes out at 9 Mbps. Seems slow. What should I expect? Haven't been able to talk to a real person. Their chat bot suggests that my modem isn't compatible, but it's not that old - it's a Arris SurfBoard SB6183. Any thoughts on whether I actually need a new modem? My router is new -

Only getting 1 TV channel
Just got a new Insignia digital TV and hooked it up to the Xfinity cable box and I only receive 1 channel. I had an analog TV previously that had a lot of channels available. What's up with that? Anybody know? Thanks.

High error rate on one downstream channel
For some time now I have been getting a very high error rate on one downstream channel on my Arris SB8200 V6. This is accompanied by repeated errors in the error log as shown below. I moved to Xfinity Mobile on 11/02/24. I continue to get billed monthly for the free phone that I was sent which was part of the offer. XB8 - Missing Upstream Channel Stats
The XB8's status page under under Gateway > Connection > XFINITY Network is missing upstream channel information. It was there until the device rebooted about 4 days ago. Looks like there was some kind of firmware update applied. Is this a bug with the firmware? The XB8 is configured in bridge mode.
