Voice control not working

I'm trying to help my elderly neighbor and customer service is absolutely no help. Her remote won't respond to voice commands. All other functions work, on/off volume. New account modem return

I received an old Arris TG1682G modem/router with my new xfinity account. I have a much better Netgear modem/router that is more compact and approved for use by Comcast.  May I return the Arris TG1682G modem/router to an xfinity store and have the monthly charges for it removed from the billin

I'm not receiving notifications for "replies" to threads I subscribe to. I get them when "comments" are posted, but not for "replies". The result is that, when a "reply" is posted I have no way of knowing about it unless I pull up the thread manually. I have never received a single "reply" notificat
