$10 Dave & Buster's Membership Benefits Link Broken

The link to the $10 Dave & Buster's Membership Benefits link is broken and leads to a webpage "HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error". This is happening to my parents accounts too. Please help.

I'm sorry that you and your parents are having trouble with accessing the link. Are you reaching the error page when selecting the option to redeem the benefit or when trying to access the gift card?

It's when I try to redeem the gift card by clicking on "Visit Dave and Busters". I've redeemed this offer before with no problems. The link it bad.

According to your forum, there are others who are having this exact issue. I was able to grab this reward before the supplies ran out as I did in the past but the link to the gift card redemption is broken. I will send you the info via Direct Message.
