Unlink Modem from Previous Account
Hello, I recently moved and disconnected my Xfinity service. Would someone be able to check that the modem I was using is properly disconnected from my old service address and account? I would like to use it elsewhere. Thank you,

Xfinity NOW cable is cut out on the pole
I will be getting Xfinity NOW Internet next week. The modem is on the way, but I can see that the cable to my house is cut on the pole across the street. What do I need to do or who should I call so that I will be able to activate my new service?

2 accounts - one i cancelled in Aug 2024!
