Xfinity Agents Are Once Again Making Offers That Are Not Being Honored.

An agent contacted me as my promotional rate was coming to an end, and told me that I could get a new plan that would only raise my monthly cost by $10. $65.93 to ~$76. Not including a partial charge, the monthly cost is now ~$107.93. Whenever I’m contacted by an Xfinity agent I’m misquoted.
