Signal problems (yet) again, app and phone number keep failing to schedule appt.

Hey folks, been having bad signal today, half of my DS channels are lost and am in partial service mode. The Xfinity app immediately detects that there is an issue that needs a tech, but keeps failing to schedule it with an error message. I tried the Xfinity app as well as calling in to 800-XFINITY.

Motorola MT8733 no dial tone but has 2 MAC addresses to register

I connected my Motorola MT8733 with the Xfinity app. Internet is fine but has no dial tone, the Voice is not working. Motorola Customer Service is great with a 2 minute wait. Xfinity NOW cable is cut out on the pole
