Do I get a credit for all Xfinity Services down from Noon till 10 PM yesterday
There was a complete Xfinity outage yesterday that was reported. My cable, internet, etc. was down completely. (This is why it's good to have a cellphone with a different carrier). I would like like to know if I am going to get a credit for ten hours of downtime.

Faster Upload Speeds Available?
Hello, There was a lot of comcast activity in the area a few weeks ago, so I'm wondering if I'm supposed to have the faster 200 mbps upload speed available now? If so I'm not receiving it despite having a compatible hitron coda56 modem. Please help.
