promised credit for services not showing up on Bill
During online conversation on Mach 31, 2025 with service rep Marcus as part on my new service package I would receive a 1 year credit for the monthly add-on services of Max, MGM+.
My latest Bill does not reflect this credit I am being charged full price for this add-on.
Here is an excerpt of my on line conversation and what was agreed on.

" With your previous package option being a grandfathered option the ability to reinstate it is not available at this time, as the package itself no longer exists in our system inventory. However, I want to ensure you are still able to take advantage of your services in the way you have been able to previously. We have a package which provides access to DVR service, MGM+ and MAX for $20/month. Your new package is for a one-year agreement, so what we can do is add this feature for you and then provide a credit of $120 to cover the cost of the feature for the length of your agreement. How does this sound?
My apologies, that would be a $240 credit for the full 12 months of service."
