DM chain disappeared

I had a message chain going on with your team that started early in 2025.  It started out as an issue with pixelation, and progressed to  a tech dispatch and is still pending completion of burying of the exterior cable. Your team said it would help me monitor this situation until it was resolved so I would periodically post an update per your request.

It has disappeared, perhaps from lack of activity (similar to the lack of activity on the cable bury). How do I find it?  I am still waiting for this dispatch and hav been getting a royal runaround from the people  at 1800XFINITY.

I would send another DM but the Chat button does not show as described in posts to other users.

I apologize that you have not gotten an update from our team, user_6q0q8j. We are happy to continue to help with getting that buried. We will need to speak further in a direct message but I understand you are not seeing the icon at the upper right or our past conversations.

Did you maybe sign in with a different Xfinity ID the last time we spoke? I do not see any past conversations associated with your current login at the Forums.

If you are logged in, on the upper right of the page in the white title bar, you should see the purple Xfinity icon, to the left of that, a bell, and then to the left of that the notepad/direct messaging icon. What do you see in the upper right of the page?

@XfinityRay,

I only have one Xfinity ID, and I did log in. As far as I  know, the Forum Username has been user_6q0q8j since I joined this Forum in January.

About 30 minutes later, but before I saw your message, the chat icon mysteriously showed up.  Still don't see my original DM thread but I will start a new one now.

Thanks!
