Cancellation Request Processing
I submitted a cancellation form for my internet service, got a call back to confirm this and was sent an email detailing the intended cancelation requestion. However, this call was earlier in the week and my service is still not cancelled? I was told I wouldn't get a final bill but my account has an upcoming bill for 7/1?

Hello, @user_468288! Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that we had lost your business and appreciate you double checking on the disconnection order. Since you've received a confirmation email for the disconnect, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
There are times when the order is set up with the completion date set out a week or so after the requested billing stop date, just as a courtesy in case any additional time is needed to have service. However, you wouldn't be billed for any time past the requested disconnection date.
We also do bill a month in advance, so it's possible that the next billing statement had already been created and sent, but you will receive a final billing statement to reflect the account's closure and show any remaining balance or credit after the disconnect.
