Xfinity rewards question

Greetings, 

I've had an account with comcast/xfinity since at least 2014 and likely since 2012. I see that I am only a silver member, should I have a higher tier or how does that all work out?

We are glad to hear that you are taking advantage of the Xfinity Rewards program which offers free perks to amazing customers such as yourself. The silver tier would be for customers with anywhere from 0-2 years of Xfinity service, so it sounds like we may need to take a look at what is going on with your tier given your time with the company. Please send us a direct message including your full name and complete service address to get started.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
