Account wont stay logged in to finish setting internet

I went through the whole process of getting internet for my future apartment. And after i set it up my account and verified it and hit submit order it logged me out and kicked me back to the front page. Now anytime i try logging in to my account it logs me in for less than a second then logs me out. I've tried multiple different browsers and devices and get the same result no matter where i try to log in. And it did not send the order before it logged me out because i still get emails saying there is an item left in my accounts cart.

We found an active account at the location you're moving too and discussed how you're able to take proof of residency paperwork to a nearby store for help getting your Xfinity account set up.
