Hey there, user_5ow72m, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums. This is definitely not the customer experience we want you to have. We are a team of live experts on this platform, and we would be happy to help turn this experience around for you. How can we help with your account?

Is there any way you can reach out to me directly I really need help but the people on the phone were just rude and I had xfinity years ago and people did not speak to you like that or put you down... sometimes this is the reason people leave the service because if customer service is rude what else can we expect
