What time was a recording watched

Can you please tell me what time a recording of the FGCU Men’s basketball game against FIU was watched yesterday? I watched it when it was Live starting at 7pm but the recording today says WATCHED so if I watched it Live will the recording show watched? Thanks!

That is correct @user_cc134b.  Whenever you are logged into the app and access DVR'd content, even in process of recording, it will show as watched.  Was there anything else that we could help with today?

Yes it was recorded to our tv dvr (I just spoke into remote and said “recordings” and I actually watched it live via the app on my iPhone while it was being recorded on the dvr on my tv.

That is most likely why you are showing as watched @user_cc134b.  Are you able to access the recording now without any issue?

Okay so because I watched it on my iPhone as it was being recorded it will show recorded on my tv DVR then correct? Thanks for the assistance!
