Bluetooth Pairing

I've tried to pair 2 different Bluetooth headphones with my X1 box. The 'discovering' phase of the pairing never stops and does not find any Bluetooth devices. Any magic to getting this to work? Thanks

Have received over twenty XRE, RDK codes since 3/19/24....

Have an XGiv4 box, have received over twenty XRE, RDK error messages since March. Service freezes almost every other day, have to refresh/reboot system. Box moved to ventilated area, risers placed under box (still feels overly hot).

Hello, My TV service was not available due to an XRE 03062 error. The service was out from Friday night May 9th at about 8p until Thursday morning May 15th around 11a.
