Hi, I've been having a problem where I get a message that reads "This channel is temporarily unavailable" when I try to watch several channels. I've tried rebooting my cable boxes and have done a system refresh, but the problem persists. How can I get this resolved? Thanks

@XfinityChristy None of what you stated works. When I go to delete from favorites premium channels, all I get is subscribe, record, and channel info. When I select channel inof my choices are subscribe, record.

I can't delete premium channels that I no longer subscribe to from favorites in the guide or from the saved menu. it only offers subscribe or record, delete is not offered as an option. The delete option is offered on all other channels
