I solved this same issue by disabling the Xfinity spam filtering and then writing my own spam filter rules. I based then on sender or subject line content within the web based mail settings. The important thing to remember when using the Xfinity web

Comcast Email just stopped sending/receiving suddenly using Outlook for Mac (with Office 365 Subscription)

Add me to the not getting all channels. I have remove,Rebooted and reinstalled in all platforms. Apple, Roku, web browser not a issue. Rebooted router and modem. Not on my end.

Xfinity stream in Roku not showing all live channels

The Xfinity stream app is not showing all channels. It’s only showing a couple of dozen channels. This is on three different Rokus in my house. Have tried restarting the devices and the app and it has not changed. All channels show on the Xfinity box. Hopefully comcast is working to fix this.

Router found with Tunnel due to hacker

Streaming app on iphone or web browser doesn't list all recorded programs. Tvs all work fine. System refresh didn't help, calling and going through stupid troubleshooting steps didn't help. When I was transferred to someone that is supposed to be able to help and the call dropped.

Email filter on SPAM sender not deleting emails

I have a filter that is set up to delete emails from a particular sender. That sender's email go to my SPAM folder, but Norton flags them as malicious content and deletes the body of the note.
