Plans, billing and websites, oh my.
Why can’t I simply search the available plans and promos (if there is any) with Xfinity? Seriously they make you enter your address and then say you have service at your location. Well no kidding….I want to know if there are any promos or other deals I may be interested in. All roads lead you to a blank website that has links to promos….change your service….etc all of that after it makes you enter your password 3-5 different times. I don’t understand why there isn’t more transparency. I stupidly signed up for a payment arrangement and they shut off my services anyway then I paid the bill off completely yet I’m still making payments to …..what exactly? They charge more and more for my internet yet I can’t seem to find anywhere that I can browse the different tiers of service. I have to call someone who could be telling me who knows what. I want be able to see what I have and what I may want or not want. I also have Xfinity mobile and have no problems whatsoever looking at my plan or changing it if I so choose. I’m getting very frustrated with this. I think I’ve overpaid my bill and yet it seems to keep getting higher and higher. What gives?
