Every time I go in the app, website, or log in directly through my Gateway address, I get an error message stating “Let’s try that again. I live on a business will their IP interfere with mine?

I live on the seconds floor of a business and they have Xfinity, I recently signed up for my own Xfinity account. Their is already a coaxial cable installed in my apartment. Can i use that to connect my modem to, or do i need a technician to install it's own separate line.

NBC's La Brea s01e06 is NOT available; it's a copy of episode 5

NBC's La Brea, s01e06 "The Way Home" is missing from On Demand. There is a menu entry for episode 6, but when you play it, it is actually a copy of episode 5 "The Fort".  This is the case for X1, the Xfinity Stream website on a PC, and the Xfinity Stream Android app.

Paying for 600 download but only getting 110 download

The internet works but I can't get more than the 110 download speed. I have it hooked up to a router, because of issues with the modem/router combo I'm renting. But I'm not seeing my full speed. I recently received the latest Xfinity gateway. I returned the old one. My Xfinity app cannot show me my gateway or Xfi pods. The app only shows me the Arris modem I have from Xfinity for my landline. I have called customer service multiple times to no avail. I have signed out, deleted and reinstall
